Neds Point Fort is one of several Napoleonic batteries built along the shores of Lough Swilly in Co. Donegal to defend the north west of Ireland. The beach here is alongside a coastal walk that starts in Fahan, south of Buncrana. This is a beautiful place for walkers and the view across Lough Swilly is spectacular.
