Known locally as Inver Warren, this is a popular beach for walkers. The long golden strand and sand dunes stretch to the estuary with the River Eaney. There is a ‘pill box’ lookout post on the beach dating from the second world war. The Google map below takes you part way to the beach. Continue along the road and you will come to a parking area next to the beach.
